Just as described. I love these bags and only buy handbags from Zappos. They have been excellent, and shipped asap. The free return is a bonus but I haven't had to use it.
The strap is not long enough. It seems to be better as a handbag. If I was any taller, then I would return this purse. Right now I'm still considering it, just on the strap drop needing to be 1-2 inches longer. I do not consider this a shoulder bag.
I still recommend Anuschka bags. Hey, I have even ordered another one, the Enchanted Fairy large hobo. I just think I was unlucky with this one bag. Zappos is my favourite place to shop. Its professionalism makes it the best retailer out there.
